Bangkoksextoy operates throughout Bangkok and other regions of Thailand. Customers can make payments internationally using PayPal, debit/credit cards, and bank wire transfers.
Delivery Timeline
Our products are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. However, delays may occur due to customs or local duties. Regardless of the item ordered, all products are packed in discreet, standard boxes with no identifying labels, except for the customer’s contact details.
Report Wrong Product Within 48 Hours
If you receive an incorrect product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the return request being denied.
Replacement Only – No Refunds
If the wrong product is delivered, you may submit a return request. The product will be replaced accordingly. Please note that no monetary refunds will be issued.
User-Caused Damage Not Accepted
We do not accept return requests for products that are damaged after delivery. If the product was not damaged upon arrival, Bangkoksextoy will not be held responsible.
